Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit under my current toilet paper holder?

It is designed to fit under most standard wall-mounted or freestanding toilet paper holders. The unit replaces the standard roll holder bar or sits just beneath it. Please check the dimensions in the specifications to ensure a proper fit.

How does the cutting mechanism work? Do I need special paper?

The unit uses an internal blade to cut standard toilet paper. You do not need special paper. It works with most regular rolls. The auto-cut mechanism cleanly slices the paper without jagged edges.

Can I change the length of the paper it dispenses?

Yes. The unit offers two adjustable cut lengths: Short (S) at roughly 60cm and Long (L) at roughly 120cm. You can toggle between these settings based on your preference.

Is it battery operated or does it need to be plugged in?

It supports both. You can power it using the included AC adapter for continuous use, or insert 4 AA batteries (not included) for a completely wireless installation.

What happens if the paper jams?

Jams are rare, but if they occur, the unit has a manual release or you can simply open the cover to remove the paper. The sensor stops the motor automatically if resistance is detected to prevent damage.

Does it require any permanent modifications to the wall?

No. The design is intended to be non-invasive. It installs under your existing holder without the need for drilling new holes into your tiles or walls, making it ideal for renters or newly renovated bathrooms.
