Product Introduction

Ever wished you could turn a simple tea light into something that makes the whole room stop and stare?

We've been there. So we built one that does exactly that.

A heat-powered rotating candle carousel that spins silently above the flame, casting dancing shadows and warm light across the room. No batteries, no cords, no switches — just the rising heat from a single tea light drives the precision-balanced turbine and sets the carousel in motion. Crafted from polished stainless steel with a finish that catches the candlelight, it works beautifully as a birthday cake table centerpiece, a romantic dinner accent, or a holiday decoration. The wide base keeps everything stable, and the included candle tray means it's ready to use right out of the box. Built for anyone who wants a little everyday magic on their table — no plugs, no batteries, just fire and physics.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the carousel spin without batteries?

The carousel uses a precision-balanced turbine and the principle of thermal convection. When the candle burns, it heats the air above it. That hot air rises through the angled blades of the turbine, causing it to spin. As long as the candle is lit and the air can flow freely, the carousel will keep rotating on its own.

What type of candle should I use?

Standard tea light candles work perfectly. The included tray can also accommodate most small jar candles or votives up to 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter. For best spinning performance, use a candle that produces a steady, upright flame.

Does it work indoors and outdoors?

Yes, but it performs best indoors or in areas protected from strong drafts. Wind can interrupt the thermal airflow that drives the turbine, so if using it outdoors, place it in a sheltered spot away from direct breezes.

Is it safe to leave it unattended?

As with any candle product, never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from curtains, paper, and other flammable materials. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

How long does it take to start spinning?

Typically within 15–30 seconds of lighting the candle. The exact time depends on the candle and the surrounding air temperature. Once the air above the flame heats up, the turbine will begin to rotate smoothly and continue for as long as the candle burns.

What are the dimensions and weight?

The carousel measures approximately 17.5 × 5.2 cm (6.9 × 2 inches) and weighs around 150–200 grams. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for dining tables, shelves, mantelpieces, and coffee tables without taking up much space.
